To be considered for an RMA-number, please observe the following procedure:  

• The product must be defective;
• The product has to have been purchased by Koning & Hartman BV.

If all conditions above have been met, an RMA request can be submitted.

On receipt of your request form, a RMA-number will be granted.
The goods must be returned within 15 days, accompanied by the RMA-number.

• Attention: incomplete or incorrectly submitted forms, will not be dealt with and will be returned.
