nVent ERIFLEX Flexibar is a flexible replacement for busbars in low-voltage applications. Available from 27 mm² to 1200 mm² and suitable for currents from 125 A to 2800 A.
Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015-certified factory, constructed from tinned copper layers and insulated with a halogen-free, low-smoke TPE compound. The grooved insulation increases flexibility and makes installation easy.
Even the largest version is easy to shape, ensuring compact connections and a neat panel finish. Connections are made directly by punching, bolting, clamping or welding – no cable lugs are required, which saves time and prevents vibration problems.
Grounding ensures that any exposed metal parts of the enclosure remain at earth potential.
If a fault occurs (e.g., a live wire touches the enclosure), grounding provides a safe path for fault current, preventing dangerous touch voltages and reducing the risk of electric shock.

nVent ERIFLEX offers a complete range of low-voltage spacers in 29 sizes. These cost-effective insulators are halogen-free, glass fibre reinforced and offer excellent electrical and mechanical stability, plus high leakage current resistance.
They feature zinc-plated inserts with ASME® threads, operate at -40°F to 266°F, and comply with UL® 94 V0 and UL Standard 891. In addition, they are UL and CSA® certified for material and strength – a first in the market.
